01 Acceptance of Terms
By browsing hallowtheory.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or place an order.
We may update these terms from time to time as our catalog, collections, and policies evolve, see "Changes" below.
02 Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us. By using the site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method on your order.
Account access
Creating an account through the Log In feature lets you track orders and save details for faster checkout. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
03 Products, Pricing & Fit
We do our best to display colors, materials, and details accurately, but screens render color differently, and dye lots can vary slightly between production runs — particularly across our six universes, where finishes like chrome silver, ash gray, or stone white are part of the design language. Minor variation isn't a defect.
Our size guides and fit notes are provided to help you choose the right size, but fit can still vary by cut, fabric, and body shape. We're not able to guarantee a specific fit for any individual order.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.
04 Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time we run storewide promotions, such as the current 15% off code, HALLOW15. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes:

We reserve the right to end or modify a promotion at any time, and to cancel orders that we determine were placed in violation of a promotion's terms.
05 Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
Payments are processed through our checkout provider's secure systems. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
06 Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, tracking, and international duties are covered in full in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, condition requirements by product type, and refund timing are covered in our Refund Policy. Both apply to every order placed through this site and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In short: most items can be returned within 14 days unworn with tags on; intimates are final sale; footwear must come back in its original box.
07 Intellectual Property
The Hallow Theory name, logo, wordmark, and the identity of each universe, NEO, SHADOW, SAINT, HEARTLAND, SEOULMODE, and PULSE, along with all site text, photography, and graphics, are the property of Hallow Theory or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a license to reproduce, resell, or repurpose that material without our written permission.
Product designs and prints, including any artist-inspired or licensed graphics, remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a garment gives you the right to wear it — not to reproduce the artwork on it.
08 Reviews & User Content
If you submit a product review, testimonial, or message through our contact form, you grant us permission to display and use that content, including your name, in connection with promoting Hallow Theory, unless you ask us not to.
Don't submit anything false, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
09 Limitation of Liability
Hallow Theory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of our products, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or supplier fulfilment outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
